Whether you're celebrating a special milestone, capturing precious family moments, or updating your professional portfolio, we're here to make your vision a reality. Book your Silver Session today and let's create beautiful memories together! 1-Hour Consultation: We believe in the importance of understanding your vision and preferences before the shoot. That's why we offer a comprehensive 1-hour consultation via phone or text message. During this time, we'll discuss your ideas, preferences, and any special requests you may have to ensure that we're fully prepared to bring your vision to life. (2) Outfits/2 Looks: Change up your style and create diverse looks with the option to wear two different outfits during the session. Whether you're aiming for a casual, relaxed vibe or a more formal and sophisticated look, we'll help you coordinate your outfits to complement the chosen location and atmosphere. 1 Location: We'll select the perfect location for your session based on the look and feel you're hoping to achieve. Whether you prefer the natural beauty of an outdoor setting, the urban backdrop of a cityscape, or the cozy intimacy of an indoor studio, we'll ensure that the chosen location enhances the overall aesthetic of your photographs. 1 Hour Session: Enjoy a focused and efficient 1-hour photography session where we'll capture a variety of poses and angles to showcase your personality and style. Our goal is to make the most of our time together, ensuring that every moment is captured beautifully. 5 Edited Images: Following the session, we'll carefully select and edit five of the best images to deliver stunning final results. Our editing process is designed to enhance the natural beauty of the photographs while maintaining authenticity and style. Additional Edits: If you desire further edits beyond the initial five images, we offer additional editing services at a rate of $15 per image. This ensures that you have the flexibility to perfect your favorite shots and achieve your desired aesthetic. Turnaround Time: We understand the excitement of receiving your final images, which is why we strive to deliver them to you promptly. With a turnaround time of 10-14 days, you can expect to receive your edited photographs in a timely manner, ready to be shared and cherished.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Payment 1.1. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking and will be applied toward your final balance. 1.2. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the session. Late payments may result in cancellation. 1.3. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and a signed contract. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling 2.1. Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional rescheduling may incur a fee. 2.2. Cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours require 50% payment. 2.3. Kwari England Photography reserves the right to reschedule due to emergencies or weather. 3. Client Responsibilities 3.1. Clients must arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce session time. 3.2. Clients must secure any required location permits. 3.3. Clients should communicate specific requests before the session. 4. Image Delivery and Usage 4.1. Proofs are delivered within 14 days; final images within 4 weeks. 4.2. High-resolution digital images are provided; additional products available for purchase. 4.3. Kwari England Photography retains image copyright for promotional use unless the client opts out in writing. 5. Liability 5.1. Kwari England Photography is not responsible for unforeseen issues, including equipment failure or dissatisfaction with personal appearance. 5.2. Liability is limited to the value of the services provided. 6. Model Release and Privacy 6.1. Clients grant permission for promotional use of images unless they opt out in writing. 6.2. Client information is confidential and not shared without consent. 7. Force Majeure and Governing Law 7.1. Neither party is liable for events beyond control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions. 7.2. These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State] and disputes will be handled in its courts. 8. Agreement 8.1. Booking a session confirms client agreement to these terms.
