During our consultation, we'll start by discussing your vision for the shoot. We want to understand the style, mood, and atmosphere you're hoping to capture in your photographs. Whether you prefer a classic, timeless look or a more modern and creative approach, we'll work together to bring your vision to life. Next, we'll talk about logistics. This includes choosing the location for the shoot, selecting the ideal date and time, and discussing any special requirements or considerations you may have. Whether you envision a scenic outdoor setting, a cozy indoor studio, or a combination of both, we'll ensure that every detail is carefully planned to create the perfect backdrop for your photographs. We'll also discuss wardrobe options, styling suggestions, and any props or accessories you'd like to incorporate into the shoot. Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Payment 1.1. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking and will be applied toward your final balance. 1.2. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the session. Late payments may result in cancellation. 1.3. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and a signed contract. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling 2.1. Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional rescheduling may incur a fee. 2.2. Cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours require 50% payment. 2.3. Kwari England Photography reserves the right to reschedule due to emergencies or weather. 3. Client Responsibilities 3.1. Clients must arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce session time. 3.2. Clients must secure any required location permits. 3.3. Clients should communicate specific requests before the session. 4. Image Delivery and Usage 4.1. Proofs are delivered within 14 days; final images within 4 weeks. 4.2. High-resolution digital images are provided; additional products available for purchase. 4.3. Kwari England Photography retains image copyright for promotional use unless the client opts out in writing. 5. Liability 5.1. Kwari England Photography is not responsible for unforeseen issues, including equipment failure or dissatisfaction with personal appearance. 5.2. Liability is limited to the value of the services provided. 6. Model Release and Privacy 6.1. Clients grant permission for promotional use of images unless they opt out in writing. 6.2. Client information is confidential and not shared without consent. 7. Force Majeure and Governing Law 7.1. Neither party is liable for events beyond control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions. 7.2. These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State] and disputes will be handled in its courts. 8. Agreement 8.1. Booking a session confirms client agreement to these terms.
